Cescon Imóveis is a real estate company in Barueri, São Paulo, Brazil. Founded by Vagner Cescon, a businessman pivotal to the building of the community of Aldeia da Serra, a tranquil and luxurious neighborhood between Barueri and Santana de Parnaíba in the metropolitan area of São Paulo.

Cescon Imóveis was one of the first real estate agencies in the area. The properties in this neighborhood are mostly quite luxurious, the public is 30+ years old, mostly looking to retire or raise a family in a safe, well-nourished environment.

Cescon hired me to create content for their social media accounts.
They had recently rebranded, but I asked Vagner to make some adjustments to their logo for their digital makeover. Since their main color was bright orange, I decided to darken the blue in order to create contrast and tone down the vibrance, portraying a more serious note to their brand: after all, they sell homes ranging from 1 million to 10 million reais, most of the staff is older, with a classic approach to their work. I also removed the drop shadow.
